Day Job: Commercial Account Manager

Back Story:  I wanted to be a teacher when I was growing up.  Like so many folks, I fell into insurance, but that has given me the privilege of teaching my customers about their policies, taking the “mystery” out of insurance.  I love it when someone says, “Oh, I get it now.”
