For several years, Charlie handled complex property and liability insurance claims for a large national carrier. During his career, he has handled numerous types of claims including total fire losses, business interruption losses, and various lawsuits.

Charlie graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in risk management and insurance. He has the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
